February has seen Jordan Fitness bolster their sales team as they gear up for an exciting year ahead.

Through business developments in the previous year it has been necessary to cater for Jordan’s growing customer database as more and more order with the UKs leading Functional Fitness Supplier to equip their facility.

With over 33 years of experience between Jordan’s new recruits - their existing customer relations, functional training experiences and product knowledge will all enhance the Jordan customer experience. Their personal fitness and industry knowledge provides our customers with a friendly personalised sales experience.

Paul Ferreira – Business Development Manager

Paul has worked in the fitness industry for 13 years, progressing from a Personal Trainer to a General Manager. Paul has also dedicated over 4 years to providing the best possible solutions for the improvement of Member retention and gym participation.

As a Personal Trainer Paul has worked with our products and educated others to use them. As a General Manger, Paul knows how important the durability and quality of a product is to an owners buying choice. Paul also brings vast amounts of Sales experience to the role, working for significant fitness equipment suppliers in the last 12 years. These experiences enable Paul to provide superior advice to Jordan’s vast customer database.

Paula Martin - Public Sector and Leisure Trusts Development Manager

Paula has over 20 year experience in the fitness industry. For 17 of those years, Paula has been teaching her own fitness classes, using Jordan products such as Kettlebells and Dumbbells.

Paula’s’ Job with Birmingham city council included responsibilities such as buying equipment, timetabling gym classes and auditioning instructors. Moving into sales, Paula has also worked for significant fitness brands Nautilus and PowerPlate.

Paula’s role will focus on increasing customer relations in the field, focusing on leisure trusts and local authorities. Drawing on previous experiences, both personal and professional, Paula will be approaching her current contacts from a new angle, addressing the boundaries and challenges of each.

Scott Lamber – UK Account Manager

Scott started work in the fitness industry as a qualified Personal Trainer. Shortly after Scott joined the UKs biggest membership sales company, Creative Fitness Marketing (CFM), as a Sales assistant traveling the UK to promote the benefits of exercise. Here, Scott quickly progressed to become Marketing Manager within a year.

Scott’s most recent job was managing a gym in Wisbech, where he developed the membership base to well over 3,000 members.
